ICD System Interrogation by Physician Provider

The OQHCP or physician provider performs an in–person interrogation and evaluation of the components of an implantable cardioverter–defibrillator (ICD) system, including connecting and disconnecting the device components and recording the results as well as analysis, review, and report of their findings and the programmed settings.
