Facial Skin Graft Surgery with Add-Ons

This code is used for a dermal autograft of the face, scalp, eyelids, mouth, neck, ears, orbits, genitalia, hands, feet, and/or multiple digits.  This procedure includes each additional 100 cm2 for an adult or each additional 1 percent of body surface area for an infant or child.  This procedure is listed separately in addition to the code for the primary procedure.
