In this service, the provider performs a face–to–face evaluation and then optimally adjusts the existing parameters of an already implanted single, dual, or multiple lead defibrillator system. The provider changes various operating functions for the defibrillator responsible for sensing and regulating the activity from one, two, or more chambers of the heart.
