Closed treatment for midfoot bone fracture

In this procedure, the provider performs closed treatment of a tarsal bone fracture, except the talus and calcaneus. Treatment does not include manipulation, or adjustment, of the fractured bone. Tarsal bones are located in the midfoot and rearfoot area and are seven in number: talus, calcaneus, navicular, cuboid, medial cuneiform, intermediate cuneiform, and lateral cuneiform.
