Additional Skin Graft for Infants & Children

This procedure is a split–thickness autograft from the trunk, arms, or legs.  This excision and placement is for each additional 100 cm2 or less or each additional one percent of the body area of an infant or child.  This code is listed separately in addition to the code for the primary procedure.
